If you’re overwhelmed, this one’s for you. 

This is not a post about a solution. The solution is always Jesus. If it sounds cliché, that’s only because we’ve become a bit too casual about His powerful Name. 

This is a post about some tools to complement the essentials (prayer/scripture/community).

1. Find somebody walking closely with Jesus to pray with you. They can speak words you don’t have. They can see things you’re too perplexed to see. 

2. Ask Jesus to show you where you’re complicit in your chaos. This may be about stewarding time and resources better, and we need to be open to changes God wants us to make. 

3. Trust that even if you lack any variables to modify, God can still modify you. With Himself. With Peace. With Help. With Wisdom. With Perspective. With Conviction. With Steadfastness. These are better than new facts.
